30-Day Limited Warranty
All repairs performed by iFixTechLLC are covered by our 30-day limited warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues related to the repair we performed within 30 days of service, we'll fix it at no additional charge for parts or labor.

What's Covered
  • Defects in replacement parts installed during repair
  • Workmanship issues related to the repair performed
  • Failures of repaired components under normal use
  • Functionality problems directly related to the service provided
What's Not Covered
  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or liquid exposure after repair
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Issues with components or parts not replaced during our service
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Software issues unrelated to the physical repair

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of service completion and lasts for 30 days. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.

Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specific repair performed. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion at no charge.

The warranty only covers the specific component(s) that were repaired or replaced during your service. It does not extend to other parts or components of your device.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be voided if:

  • The device is tampered with or repaired by anyone other than iFixTechLLC
  • The device sustains physical or liquid damage after the repair
  • The original repair receipt cannot be provided
  • The device is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
How to Use Your Warranty

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact us at (330) 999-9119 or visit our shop at 402 Brighton Beach Ave, Brooklyn
  2. Bring your device and original repair receipt to our location
  3. Our technician will evaluate the issue to determine if it's warranty-covered
  4. If approved, we'll perform the warranty repair at no charge

Important: Keep Your Receipt

Your repair receipt is required to claim warranty service. Please keep it in a safe place for the duration of the warranty period.

Used Device Warranty

30-Day Warranty on Pre-Owned Devices
All used devices sold at iFixTechLLC include a 30-day warranty

Every pre-owned device we sell has been thoroughly tested and comes with a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects and functionality issues that existed at the time of purchase.

Coverage includes:

  • • Hardware malfunctions
  • • Battery performance issues (if significantly below stated capacity)
  • • Display defects
  • • Functional component failures

Note: Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues caused by user modifications are not covered.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. iFixTechLLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

iFixTechLLC reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a claim is covered under this warranty. Our decision regarding warranty coverage is final.
